Our JuicEBitz Returns Portal is designed with convenience and simplicity in mind, ensuring that you can initiate your return quickly and efficiently. Here's a step-by-step guide to the easy returns process on the JuicEBitz Returns Portal:

Visit the Returns Portal: To begin the returns process, visit our official website and navigate to the Returns Portal. If you are navigating from our homepage, it is at the bottom in our footer section of our website. You can find the link in the footer menu or the customer service section.

Provide Order Information: Once on the Returns Portal page, you will be prompted to enter your order information. Input the order number and the email address used to place the order (or telephone number). This information will help us identify your purchase and streamline the returns process. You will not be able to create a return without this information.

Select Items for Return: After verifying your order details, you will be presented with a list of items eligible for return. Choose the specific products you wish to return from your order. If you are returning multiple items, you can select them all in one go.

Reason for Return: We value your feedback and want to understand the reason for your return. Select the appropriate reason from the provided drop-down menu. This information helps us improve our products and services based on customer experiences.

Choose Return Method: Next, you will need to choose the preferred return method. JuicEBitz offers various return options, such as mail-in return labels or drop-off locations, depending on your location and the nature of the return. You can also book a collection when using Royal Mail after you receive your tracking number. See Step 8. Head over to Royal Mail's Website and selecting "Arrange a collection".

Print Return Label (If Applicable): If you selected the mail-in return option, the JuicEBitz Returns Portal will generate a printable return label. Ensure you have access to a printer to obtain the label. If you chose a drop-off location, the portal will provide details of the nearest available option.

Package the Items: Carefully pack the items you are returning, ensuring they are securely protected to avoid damage during transit. If you are using the provided return label, affix it to the outside of the package. Remember, refunds can only be issued for fully returned items, that includes all cable ties.

Drop-off or Ship the Package: If you opted for a drop-off return, take your securely packaged items to the designated location, post office or collection point, or head over to Royal Mail's Website and selecting "Arrange a collection", if you are unable to get to a drop-off point. This service is also free.

Track Return Status: Once your return package is on its way back to us, you can track its status through the JuicEBitz Returns Portal. You'll receive updates on its journey back to our facility.

Receive Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request. Once the item is delivered we process orders in chronological order and you can generally see your return complete within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). You will receive an email notification confirming the resolution of your return.
